The Account Number is the 9 digit number that can be found on your energy statement. Unfortunately without this information we will not be able to proceed with this request. We cannot opt you out of smart meter communications if your meter has already or is due to expire. In accordance with the Electricity Act of 1989, it is our legal requirement to replace meters that have reached their end of lifespan. Therefore will continue to contact you if your meter needs to be replaced.
